Delivery Coverage:

  • Hong Kong (including Outlying Islands) (Delivery to remote areas or Outlying Islands may take an additional 1-2 days) 


  • Note: Only residential and business addresses are accepted, excluding hotel addresses, post office boxes, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Po Toi, Ta Kwu Ling, Tung Lung Chau, Tung Ping Chau, airport and Sha Tau Kok restricted areas. Transshipment warehouses or related warehouse addresses are also not accepted.

Shipping fees

  • During promotion period, customer enjoy free delivery upon purchase $500 or above of Little Rainbow products or $1500 or above of any other publishers' products.
  • If an order does not meet the above requirement, a shipping fee of HK$70 will be charged. 

Delivery times

  • Commercial & industrial and non-commercial & industrial areas: generally expected to be delivered within 3-5 days. 
  • Remote areas: generally expected to be delivered in 5 - 10 working days or above
  • Please note that there is no delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. 

Delivery details

  • We will use SF Express to deliver orders to the delivery address left on the checkout page.
  • When your order is shipped from the warehouse, the system will send a "Delivery Email Notification" including the SF Express waybill numbers of the order that night. After entering the waybill number on the SF Express website, you can check the order logistics status. If you need to change the delivery time, please contact the courier company. 
  • We will try our best to arrange the delivery efficiently. However, the actual delivery times are subject to SF Express while all delivery terms and conditions and delivery coverage are dependent on SF official website. The delivery times may be affected by logistics arrangements, weather and public holidays. We have no control over the delivery times and will not be legally responsible for any losses caused by delays.
  • Please make sure that the phone number you fill in is correct when submitting an order. This is to enable communication between the Courier Company and customers. Upon successful delivery of order to your designated EF Locker or SF Store, your packages will be kept for 3 days. A message of "Pickup Reminder" message will be sent to you during this period.
  • If packages are not picked up within 3 days upon the arrival at SF Stores/EF Lockers, the orders will be temporarily stored at SF Stores while you will be contacted via phone for further arrangements of re-delivery; if orders are not delivered successfully by the fifth day and are returned to our office, it will be automatically cancelled and an additional handling fee of HK$100 will be charged. Refunds (excluding shipping fee) of the cancelled orders will be issued to customer within one month. Please re-order if you still want to purchase the product.

SF Express Logistics 

Undeliverable orders

  • Packages may be returned to our company due to unknown delivery address, post office box and hotel address, absences of recipients after multiple attempts, recipient's refusal to provide ID card or to receive parcels, etc. Customers will need to pay HK$100 as additional handling fee. Please ensure that the buyers or the recipients can sign for packages. The company will not be responsible for any losses caused by the signatures of recipients except losses caused by items.

In case of any disputes, Little Rainbow Educational reserves the right of final decision.
