If the product(s) received do not match the corresponding order, or are of inferior quality, please report to Little Rainbow’s customer service as soon as possible, and Little Rainbow will arrange the return or replacement the product(s). However, under the following circumstances, such requests will not be entertained:
- The request is made more than 3 days after receiving the product(s) (with reference to the record of the delivery company);
- The product(s) are damaged during delivery (such as slight dents) without affecting the normal use of the product(s); and/or
- The product(s) have been used, modified, or damaged due to improper use.
When returning the product(s), please return all packaging materials and related gifts. Little Rainbow will inform you of the return arrangements as soon as possible upon confirmation of the eligibility of the product(s).
